Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
2 cups water
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cornmeal, water, and sea salt and mix until combined.
Stir in the all-purpose flour and mix until combined.
Heat a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat and add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pot.
Using a tablespoon or your hands, form the cornmeal mixture into small sticks and carefully place them in the hot oil.
Fry the sticks until they are golden-brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the sticks from the oil and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
