Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup creme de menthe liqueur
  • 1/4 cup white creme de cacao liqueur
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a saucepan, heat 1 1/4 cups heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and green food coloring (if using). Let cool to room temperature.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into marshmallow mixture.
  6. Pour filling into prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
