- 1 1/2 cups crushed almonds
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 1 pound silken tofu
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almond slices, toasted (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine the crushed almonds, pitted dates, almond butter, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Pulse until the mixture comes together.
- Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- In the same food processor, add the silken tofu, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and remaining salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
