Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make a spice rub.
  3. Brush both sides of each chicken breast with the olive oil, then sprinkle the spice rub over both sides of the chicken.
  4. Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and serve immediately.
