Ingredients
- 7 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 7 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, heavy cream, butter, and sugar. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the water to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into 4 individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
