Ingredients

  • 7 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 7 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, heavy cream, butter, and sugar. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the water to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into 4 individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
