Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2-3 bananas)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the mashed bananas.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
