Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until it is completely smooth.
  2. Stir in the Cabernet Sauvignon wine, butter, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and let cool.
  4. Once the mixture is cool, use a spoon to scoop out small amounts of the mixture and shape into balls.
  5. Roll the balls in the cocoa powder and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
