Directions
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until it is completely smooth.
- Stir in the Cabernet Sauvignon wine, butter, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and let cool.
- Once the mixture is cool, use a spoon to scoop out small amounts of the mixture and shape into balls.
- Roll the balls in the cocoa powder and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
