Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons of tamari or soy sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Cooking spray or oil for spraying

Directions

  1. Remove the tofu from its packaging and drain the excess liquid. Pat the tofu dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes or desired shape.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix together the tamari or soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Place the tofu cubes in the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
