Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add in chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour, dill, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth and cream and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
