Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.

  4. Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and crispy.
