Ingredients

  • 8 manicotti shells
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

  1. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside to cool.
