- 2 lbs (900g) chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup goat's milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Saute for a minute until fragrant.
