Indulge in this creamy and savory cauliflower mash made with crispy bacon and smoked gouda cheese. A perfect low-carb and gluten-free side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of smoked gouda cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large pot, boil water and add cauliflower florets. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
