Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 leek, white and light green parts only, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mash the avocados using a fork until smooth.
