Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter using a pastry blender or two forks until pea-sized crumbs form.
- Add the cream and stir until the dough just starts to come together. Gently fold in the cranberries. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until it just comes together. Divide the dough in half, then pat each half into a 6-inch circle.
