- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and finely diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the apple and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely before serving.
