Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups baby salad greens
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until it is fully incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens and feta cheese.
