Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 round of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spread the cranberry mixture over the brie cheese.
- Fold up the sides of the pastry and crimp the edges together to seal.
- Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
