1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
Transfer the cooked beef to a slow cooker along with the onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, diced tomatoes, and beer. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours.
Add the kidney beans and black beans and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the beans are heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
