- In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs and buttermilk together.
- Place the panko breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each bacon slice into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the breadcrumbs.
