Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons of ground coffee
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture over both pork tenderloins. Place the tenderloins in a baking dish.
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the espresso and honey. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the espresso-honey glaze over the pork tenderloins. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the remaining glaze.
