  • 1 pound (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the shrimp are cooked through.
