Directions
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the ghee on medium heat. Add the chickpea flour (besan) and roast it for about 10-12 minutes, stirring continuously. The besan should turn golden brown and release a nutty aroma.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the roasted besan cool down slightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins (if using).
