Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
