Ingredients

  • 2 lbs veal, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Directions

  6. Return the veal to the pot and simmer for 1-2 hours, until the veal is tender.
  7. Stir in the butter until melted and the stew has thickened slightly.
