Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, combine the cilantro, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the ingredients are well blended and the cilantro is finely chopped.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
