Ingredients
- 8 ounces Lo Mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, carrots, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the noodles to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and ginger and stir to combine.
- Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
