Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.
