Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the parchment paper and spread the ketchup mixture over the fillets.
  5. Top each fillet with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
