Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli and cauliflower florets for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, and cauliflower.
