Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can green chile sauce
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream and chopped cilantro for garnish

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
