Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons of black tea leaves
  • 2 cups of water
  • Sweetener of your choice (optional)
    • Directions

      1. In a medium pot, bring the two cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
      2. Add the cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon to the boiling water and stir to combine.
      3. Add the black tea leaves and stir again to combine.
      4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
      5. Strain the tea through a fine-mesh sieve into a mug or teapot.
      6. Add sweetener of your choice (optional).
      7. Serve hot or cold.
