Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Spread the roasted cauliflower onto the pizza crust. Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Arrange the prosciutto slices on top.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley before serving.
