Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease and line an 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine cassava flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, mayonnaise, honey, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
