Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups carrots, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add carrots and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add dried cherries, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
