1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch (20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, dried fruit, flaxseed, cardamom, and salt. Stir to combine.
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and spread it out in an even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
