Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease baking sheets.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda, flour and walnuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
