1 large butternut squash, peeled and cut into fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine butternut squash fries and olive oil. Toss to coat.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and sea salt. Sprinkle over fries and toss to coat.
Spread fries out on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
