Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Spread ketchup on the buns and add the cooked patties. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and other desired toppings.
