- 1 pound ground beef

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes, or until beef is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Spread the beef mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and top with the cheese.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, flour, baking powder, and baking soda until combined.
- Spread the buttermilk mixture over the top of the cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
