These Burrata Chicken Sliders are the perfect blend of flavors and textures. Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices of tomato

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sun-dried tomato aioli by combining the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  6. To assemble the sliders, spread a generous amount of sun-dried tomato aioli on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  7. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the aioli, followed by a few slices of tomato.
  8. Add a few slices of grilled chicken on top of the tomato.
  9. Break the burrata cheese into small pieces and place on top of the chicken.
  10. Cover with the top half of the slider bun and secure with a toothpick.
  11. Repeat with the remaining slider buns and ingredients.
  12. Serve the Burrata Chicken Sliders with a side of crispy sweet potato fries.
