Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 8 slider buns
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small lettuce leaves
- 8 slices of tomato
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sun-dried tomato aioli by combining the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
