Ingredients

  • 1 package of bacon (8-12 slices)
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the bacon on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until combined.
