- 2 lbs. grouper fillets, cut into 4 portions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place the grouper fillets on a greased baking sheet. Brush the fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter until well combined. Spread the mixture over the grouper fillets.
- Bake the grouper for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
