Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. grouper fillets, cut into 4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Place the grouper fillets on a greased baking sheet. Brush the fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter until well combined. Spread the mixture over the grouper fillets.
  4. Bake the grouper for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
