Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread broccoli florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine garlic, poppy seeds, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
  5. When the broccoli is done, remove from oven and let cool slightly.
