Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, asparagus, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and asparagus mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
