Ingredients
- 1 9-inch deep-dish graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chocolate chips in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, eggs, nuts (if desired), melted butter, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in melted chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Spread over cooled pie.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
