Ingredients
1 cup quinoa, rinsed
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions
Rinse the quinoa with cold water, using a fine mesh strainer. Drain the quinoa and set aside.
Add the vegetable broth, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and olive oil to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Add the quinoa to the Instant Pot, stirring to combine. Secure the lid and set the valve to “sealing”.
Set the Instant Pot to “manual” for 5 minutes. When the cooking time is finished, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
