Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, tuna, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties.
- Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
- Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
