1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced tomatoes

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, and basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and feta cheese over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
