Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup salsa
4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
Optional toppings: sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, etc.
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
Add taco seasoning and water, and mix until combined. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese and salsa, and cook until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
Lay out each tortilla, and divide beef mixture evenly among them. Top with desired toppings, and roll up tightly.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and cook burritos until lightly browned and crispy. Serve with sour cream, salsa, or other desired toppings.
